Trevor Pemberton
Founder & Owner
Trevor has been installing auto glass for over a decade. What started as a trade became a calling — three years ago he founded Auto Glass Guys to do the work the right way: honest estimates, exact fitment, and craftsmanship he'd be proud to put his name on.
He's a Christ-centered man who cares deeply about the people around him — his church, his community, his employees, and his family. Mom, dad, sisters, and brothers all shape how he runs the business: treat every customer like a neighbor, and every job like it's on his own car.
He's a big part of the Puyallup Chamber of Commerce, and you'll find him serving the local River Road dealerships the same way he serves his own family — as a family-first professional who shows up, does right by people, and builds relationships that last well past the job.

Jason Jones
Co-Owner & Operator — Snohomish Market
Jason has been installing auto glass for thirty years — the kind of hands-on experience you can't shortcut. He runs the Snohomish market, making sure customers north of Seattle get the same careful, done-right-the-first-time service the company was built on.
Outside the truck, Jason is a family man who loves his wife and son, a die-hard Seahawks fan, and an active member of his church. He serves on the Lake Stevens Chamber of Commerce, and in a past life spent his free time on cinema, video, and a good concert whenever he could.

Christopher Thompson
Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer
Christopher is the co-founder and CMO of Auto Glass Guys. He has a passion for design, creative elements, and coding — the engine behind the brand, the website, and the marketing systems that connect customers to honest glass service. He installed glass for four years himself, on top of building marketing and sales systems across a range of other companies.
He loves cars, shares his home with his wife and a crew of furry animals, and is an active hiker — splitting his time between Washington, Idaho, and Bend, Oregon chasing trails whenever he can.
